By accepting your quote you are -unless prior arrangements have been made- agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- Commercial work is billed upon completion and due no later than the 20th of each month
- Residential work is billed upon completion and is due within 48 hours of completion
- Extra time added to the job as a direct result of client or tenant negligence will be billed and payable by the client
- For tenanted properties where you the client have arranged work to be completed you as the client agree to ensure the tennant is given adequate notice and to follow all legal obligations under the tenancy act
- For residential properties you the client agree that on the day scheduled for job completion the property will be safe and accessible and that the property will be adequately prepared for us to complete the work. See below for a list of what we mean by prepared
- Cancelations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 20% cancellation fee. This is because we need time in advance to schedule our operators calendars
- Failure to pay can result in the debt being sent to a third party collection company and you the client will be liable to pay any additional fees incurred by going through this process
What we need from you
- You have notified us of any existing safety hazards that may affect us completing the work
- Laundry is not left hanging on outdoor clotheslines
- The water supply/pump is turned on
- All windows are closed tight
- The tenants have received adequate notice and are expecting us
- Any dogs on the property are safely tethered or secured away from or inside the house and somebody has cleared any animal waste from the lawn immediately surrounding the building
- There are no cars blocking the driveway or parked close enough that it may affect our ability to complete the work
- We have been notified about any leaky windows, doors or frames that you are aware of
- Any additional time spent on a job caused by a clients disregard of these conditions may result in extra time being billed to the client.
Whilst we are insured, WashMe are not liable for any damages caused to property as a direct result of a clients failure to meet these conditions.
