The WashMe Service Guarantee

Our Commitment to Your Property’s Longevity

We don’t just “wash” your home; we restore it. Because we use a science-based approach to cleaning, we stand behind our work with a three-part guarantee:

  1. The “No-Damage” Promise:
We guarantee that our high-volume, low-pressure methods will never etch your concrete or void your roof’s manufacturer warranty. If we can’t clean a surface safely using our precision methods, we will tell you upfront rather than risking your property.
  2. The “Clean-Tech” Guarantee:
We guarantee that our pH-balancing and high-volume rinsing techniques will leave your surfaces free of chemical residues. Your windows won’t be streaky, your plants will be safe, and your timber will be perfectly prepped for its next coat of protection.
  3. The 100% Uniformity Standard:
We don’t leave swirl marks. We guarantee a uniform finish on all concrete and decking surfaces, achieved through our precision-wand approach.

Not happy? We’ll make it right.

If you aren’t completely satisfied that we have followed these technical standards, we will return to the site within 48 hours to address any concerns at no extra cost to you.

Important Note: Understanding Pre-Existing Surface Conditions

At WashMe, we pride ourselves on being property restoration technicians. Our goal is to leave your home in the best possible condition using the safest methods available. However, it is important to note that our guarantee applies to the work we perform, and cannot extend to damage or conditions that existed before we arrived on-site.

To ensure we are all on the same page, please take a moment to understand a few common “Pre-Existing Conditions” that can affect the final result:

  1. Prior Maintenance & Warranty Status
Our “No-Damage” guarantee is based on the assumption that your surfaces are currently within their manufacturer-intended state. If a roof or cladding has been previously cleaned using high-pressure “blasting” or “hot” (high-concentration) chemical mixes by another provider, the structural integrity or paint bond may already be compromised. In these cases, we cannot be held responsible for the failure of surfaces that were already damaged or had their warranties voided by prior methods.
  2. The “Ghosting” Effect (Covered vs. Uncovered Areas)
Timber and paint age differently depending on their exposure to the New Zealand sun.

Decking: If you have had outdoor furniture, rugs, or pot plants sitting on your deck for a long time, the timber underneath has been protected from UV rays while the rest has aged. Even with a perfect pH-balanced clean, there will likely be a “ghosting” effect (a difference in colour or tone) between these areas.

Oxidation: If your paint or ColorSteel is already heavily oxidized (chalky to the touch), our gentle wash may remove the chalky residue, which may reveal uneven fading or “patchiness” that was previously hidden by dirt.
  3. The Impact of Long-Term Neglect
Nature is powerful. If mould, lichen, or moss have been left to grow on a surface for many years, they may have already caused irreversible damage. Lichen Pitting: Lichen roots produce acids that can eat into concrete and roof tiles. Once we safely remove the growth, you may notice small “pits” or scars left behind by the plants themselves.

Rot: On timber or siding, long-term moisture retention caused by organic build-up can lead to softening or rot. Our cleaning process identifies these issues, but we cannot restore structural integrity to materials that have already begun to decay.

The WashMe Promise

We will always perform a “Technician’s Assessment” before we start. If we spot any of these concerns, we’ll point them out to you immediately so there are no surprises – just a safer, cleaner home!
